tuscon is an Australian enterprise focused on employing creative solutions to address the global demand for talented workers.
Our primary focus is the development of innovative products that link resource-hungry businesses with students currently enrolled in Australia’s universities.
We have twin aims:
- Streamline recruitment
- Protect and support students in their search for employment.
Based on its previous successes in the graduate employment area, tuscon developed Lode during 2008 to streamline the connection between employers and university talent. This sophisticated software platform uses Web 2.0 technology and is Australia’s first national database of university students. Late in 2006, tuscon launched the iexchange program. This pioneering student placement program demonstrated the value of providing Australian employers with access to skilled postgraduate students who contribute to the bottom line while gaining paid work experience on project-based assignments relevant to their studies and career goals.
